MEET SARA

Sara has been a practicing licensed massage therapist since 2012. Her infatuation with movement and structure of the body started through her passion for dance at a young age and eventually led her to study Modern Dance at Belhaven University in Mississippi. She later moved on to dance in Ballet East Dance Co. in Austin, Tx for four seasons. Sara’s mentor and teacher, Sheri Lewis was the first person to help Sara through injuries she received through training, which left her with a very clear impression of the incredible benefits of massage.

Since her training in 2012 she has worked in high-end spas, chiropractic clinics, and sporting events all over the U.S. In 2022 Sara became a Certified Yoga Instructor, a bucket list dream of hers since she was a teenager. She found yoga to be one of the most supportive practices to her dance career, but even more she realized the self-healing and self-regulating system that yoga provides in her everyday life. Sara continues to follow her passion for learning and is currently studying Craniosacral Therapy.

MEET JORDAN

Jordan has been a Licensed Massage Practitioner since 2014 and has worked in both medical clinics and spa environments. His specific massage style is a rhythmic and soothing approach that allows for the body and mind to relax while also making space for deep, specific, and therapeutic work. He has explored and practiced a number of other modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi-Lomi, Thai, and others.

Over the years Jordan has explored eastern philosophy, meditation, yoga, and reiki, each of which has lent valuable lessons and guidance to his spirit and massage practice. Clients, friends, and family alike have all described him as a calm and heart-centered presence. The reason Jordan enjoys working as a massage therapist is because he loves making a direct and positive difference in someone's body & mind. The reciprocal nature of helping someone else heal and experiencing their gratitude is very beautiful to him and is what keeps him going. He hopes that you will consider working with him in the future!

MEET RUTH

When Ruth received her first massage at the age of 23, she knew immediately that she wanted to learn the craft. She then studied massage therapy—and practiced as a licensed massage therapist in her hometown of Honolulu for the next 27 years.

She moved to Mukilteo with her family in 2016 and was licensed in Washington a year later. Over the course of her career, Ruth has studied numerous modalities including Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, Myofascial Release, Thai massage, Visceral Manipulation, and intra-oral massage. She also is certified as an Anatomy Trains Structural Integration practitioner and a Guild Certified Feldenkrais PractitionerTM, which she considers central to her work as a somatic educator.

Ruth enjoys the challenge of matching her diverse skills to a client’s needs. She views each massage session as a journey toward well- being that practitioner and client embark on together. She believes the best massages involve a variety of pressures and techniques that
address discoveries made along the way.
