Ritual Massage and Bodywork Mukilteo
Our sincere wish . . .
as massage practitioners is to help guide you back to the body, back to the present moment, as we shift towards harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. When we take time to create embodied rituals we give ourselves permission to tune in to what our body needs. Rituals can often be a catalyst for new shifts and reconnection to health and joy.
Allow the mind and body to be at ease. Dive deep into the parasympathetic nervous system to replenish and rejuvenate the entire system. Relaxation and rest is integral to a healthy and peaceful you.
Deep & Structural Massage
Go deeper into the muscle tissue and fascia to relieve sore muscles, aches, pain, and tension. Deep-Tissue, Myofascial, and Structural Integration approaches help to align the body to a more balanced state.
Need something even more specific? We have a number of other modalities to offer to assist with unweaving tight fascial patterns, jaw pain, energetic blockages, swelling, and lymphatic drainage.
Here to Serve You
Debi, transitioning from occupational therapy to massage therapy during the pandemic, is dedicated to authenticity in her practice. With gratitude for varied experiences, including franchise chains and wellness centers, she's found her calling at Ritual, where she provides massages aimed at nourishing and healing. Combining relaxation with techniques like Swedish and myofascial release, she champions gentle approaches and ongoing learning to ensure clients leave feeling their best.
Ruth's journey into massage therapy began with her first massage at 23, sparking a lifelong passion. With 27 years of experience as a licensed therapist in Honolulu before relocating to Mukilteo in 2016, she brings a wealth of expertise. Certified in various modalities including Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, and Myofascial Release, Ruth sees each session as a collaborative journey toward well-being, tailoring techniques to meet individual needs. She embraces the challenge of matching diverse skills to her clients' requirements, believing that the best massages involve a blend of pressures and techniques discovered along the way.
Emily Lee is a recent graduate from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts, and specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. She hopes to one day earn certifications in Prenatal Massage and Reflexology. Emily is excited to start her career as a LMT and serve her community by creating a space that is both inviting and educational.
In her free time, Emily is a Scottish Dance instructor and plays the tenor drum in a local Scottish Pipe Band. She loves exploring the outdoors, going on hikes with her dog, and spending quality time with her family.
